Hotel Zona A - Medellin

This place suits me perfectly, with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. The staff helped me with directions for attractions on my first stay, making a difference. Highly recommend for a comfortable experience. I'm coming back for a business trip.

The units are well-appointed and new-fashioned with jacuzzi. Great to have a minibar, an electronic key card, and a multi-channel television.

Straightforward hotel, staff were best and the location was marvellous near the Lleras Park entertainment district. Location: the property was near to a nice area of El Poblado and restaurants and bars and nightlife. Stopped by Cafe Dulcinea to get some coffee and treats, it's minutes from the venue, recommend.

It had good and unbeatable location around 4-6 minutes walk from Lokkus Contemporary Art. The staff were affable, ready to any request.

The breakfast provided a great start to each day, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Consider downloading a translation app for easier communication.

The rooms were clean and cozy, perfect for our group. Breakfast was satisfying, and the staff were super friendly and helpful in guiding us to places like Parque Lleras. Definitely recommend!

The only downside was the lack of multiple outlets in the room. With everyone needing to charge their devices, it was a bit inconvenient.

Unfortunately, there were several issues that marred our experience. The noise from outside was unbearable at times. Cleanliness was a significant concern. We found hair on the bathroom floor and stained sheets which left us uncomfortable. It fell short of our expectations, especially considering the price we paid.

The place has no character, seemed like staying at an Ibis, very original! The noise is unbearable, walls are paper-thin, I could hear everything-like my neighbor's party, how lovely! A complimentary gesture would have been nice after such an experience, but with their service, I almost thought I would have to provide support myself, just couldn't give a good review.

A lot needs improvement!!! The thin walls make it almost impossible to enjoy peace. I could hear everything from the front desk and the street. The bathroom felt cramped and lacked a private wash area.

Had a clean, modern room with comfortable beds. Loved the quiet location just a stroll from the best shopping spots.
